1. Information you share
The waitlist form saves your email address and signup time and sends an internal notification to Marcie. The contact form stores the name, email address, phone number, and message you submit. Do not include passwords, card details, or sensitive client records. Messages sent by email are handled through the email services used by you and Studio AI Desk.
2. Why we collect it
We use setup inquiries to understand the work you want done and respond to you. Saving a website inquiry does not add you to an automated marketing campaign.
3. Website records
Waitlist records are kept in the website database and shared with Marcie by AgentMail for management in our internal Firebase database. Contact form records are stored in the database attached to this website and are not published. The hosting provider processes the technical information needed to deliver the site and store these records.
4. Connected tools
Your installed desk uses the accounts and access agreed during setup. Grok, AgentMail, and other connected providers have their own data policies. We agree which information each bot needs and where human review is required.
5. Billing services
Existing-client billing links open Stripe, which handles the payment and account information you provide there. This website does not receive or store full card details.
6. Questions and requests
Email [email protected] to ask about your information or a previous website submission. Include the email address used so we can identify the request.
